In the image to the left the ideal posture structure is designed to take the wear and tear of everyday life. If you notice in the side view the head is directly over the shoulders and hips (as depicted by the red gravity line). In the front view you can see both shoulders are level, as well as the hips and the center gravity line divides the skeleton equally.

In the image to the left you can clearly see that this person has forward head posture. Normally these people will also have forward leaning shoulders and can develop a "hunch back"as well. This type of posture can cause headaches, sleepiness, mid back and shoulder pains, as well as numbness and tingling in the arms and hands.
In the image to the left you can see that this person has a mild curvature to their spine. This can cause a myriad of symptoms ranging from neck, mid/low back pain, to abnormal walking patterns to hip and knee problems. many times this effects young teenagers and can be very embarrasing and worrysome for them.
